A note from our founder
Technology should make everyday work simpler and calmer, not more complicated. Getting dependable support should feel completely straightforward and stress-free.
That mindset shaped how we built LobbyAgents.
My background includes hands-on property management as board chair of a residential community of around 800 residents, involving resident enquiries, coordination with dozens of suppliers, maintenance issues, and follow-through.
Together with my experience managing a short-term rental property, this has taught me how much clear information, dependable service, and well-handled requests matter.
Built for the actual front desk
The front desk is the heart of an independent boutique hotel. You do not want technology getting in the way of your lobby; you want your team to have the time and presence to look after the guests in front of them. But you also cannot afford unanswered calls or lost requests.
That is why we built LobbyAgents around a straightforward rule:
Support the staff. Don’t replace them.
- No PMS access: Setup uses hotel-approved information and controlled call forwarding, without a core-system integration project.
- Clear boundaries: Claire answers only hotel-approved facts. When a guest needs human judgment, she takes a structured message.
- Structured staff ownership: Requests become clear front-desk tasks, keeping staff firmly in control of decisions and guest service.
- What managers can see: Call history and patterns are organized into useful information for management.
Working directly with us
When your hotel works with LobbyAgents, you get personal onboarding and direct founder accountability. We work directly with each property to prepare approved information, configure Claire, and test the setup together before launch.
We take pride in calm onboarding, responsive support, and building lasting relationships with independent hoteliers.
